for construction professionals. The program consists of a three-day workshop to prepare
them to pass the Basic Construction Management Professional (BCMP) exam. Students
take the exam as a part of this program. Successful students will receive the BCMP
credential through the NACP. Upon successful completion of all sections and components,
students will be awarded the Basic Construction Management Certificate from Westminster

Advanced Construction Management Certificate |

program for construction professionals. The program has two stages. During the first
stage, the NACP students participate in a three-day workshop to prepare them to pass
the Basic Construction Management Professional (BCMP) exam; students who successfully
complete the exam will receive the BCMP credential through the NACP. During the second
stage, students participate in a 3-day Construction Management Simulation course,
followed by an Advanced Construction Management Assessment. Students who successfully
complete the second stage will receive the Advanced Construction Management Professional
(ACMP) credential from the NACP. Upon successful completion of all sections and courses,
students will be awarded an Advanced Construction Management Certificate from Westminster

Advanced Project Management Certificate |

The Advanced Project Management Certificate curriculum consists of three distinct
sections; basic, intermediate and advanced sections. The Basic section is entirely
online and focuses on Project Management Fundamentals. The Intermediate section involves
in-class, team-based, simulation training and addresses more advanced topics such
as project management/leadership and organizational change. The Advanced section is
a combination of in-class and online training and provides in-depth instruction on
project management processes and knowledge areas. Each section is separated into specific
classes as described on the pages that follow. These courses will be taught by instructors
who hold a PMP® certification, have advanced educational credentials, and are PMI®
Registered Education Providers. Upon successful completion of all sections and courses,
students will be awarded the Advanced Project Management Certificate from Westminster
College. |
